Sociology, Human Services, and Crime Studies Department Clubs and Honor Societies

One of the best ways to get more involved with your major is to join a club and an Honor Society. In the Sociology, Human Services, and Crime Studies Department, we have clubs and Honor Societies serving both Sociology and Criminal Justice majors. These organizations will provide extracurricular activities and involvement while helping you build a solid and impressive resume or CV. Participation in clubs and honor societies will get you recognized at the Department Awards Ceremony and at Commencement, as you display your ropes.

Clubs

The Sociology Club has a long tradition of getting involved in community improvement activities, serving charitable causes, and donating to help alleviate social crises at the national and international levels.

The Criminal Justice club has offered events and opportunities for students to explore careers and lives working in the Criminal Justice System.
