One hundred and twenty-one SUNY Oneonta students participated in the 2023 Student Research and Creative Activity showcase from Wednesday, April 26, to Thursday, April 27.

Created in the 90s, the Oneonta State Emergency Squad is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and will be recognized with the Alumni Association’s “Red Dragon Spirit Award” during Alumni Weekend. Members past and present answered questions recently about their time in OSES and how it has positively impacted their lives.

More than 100 Family and Consumer Sciences students from three downstate high schools visited campus April 18-19 to get a glimpse of how the courses they are taking for college credit through SUNY Oneonta could be the first step on the road to a bachelor’s degree.

Three SUNY Oneonta students have been named 2023 recipients of the prestigious SUNY Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence. They were among a select group of State University of New York students recognized by SUNY Chancellor John B. King, Jr. during a reception in their honor Monday, April 24.

Six SUNY Oneonta students won the highest possible honor at the 2023 National Model United Nations conference in New York City from April 10-14.
