Energy Minor - NRGY

AS OF FALL 2020, THIS MINOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS

Students who wish to take the Energy minor must complete the following prerequisite courses: PHYS 103/104, and MATH 173/174 or PHYS 203/204, CHEM 111/112, and GEOL 120 or GEOL 115 OR GEOL 150 or GEOL 182. If interested in the Energy minor please contact the Physics & Astronomy Department, 127 Physical Science, 607.436.3192.

Notes:

1. University rules pertaining to curriculum majors also apply to curriculum minors

  • Minor GPA of at least 2.0
  • All courses must be taken for a letter grade unless offered Pass/Fail only
  • One-half (1/2) of the minor coursework must be completed in residence
  • No more than two courses may overlap between/among all majors/minors; any excess requires additional coursework
