Please complete and submit the entire appropriate 2-page fall/spring non-degree application or winter/summer non-degree application by saving it to your computer and attaching it to an email, printing and faxing it, or mailing it to the Office of Continuing Education. The application will be blank if you send it directly from the website without saving it first. Student signatures are required on all applications. In addition to the non-degree application, applicants must submit following documentation:
- official HSED or GED score report/completion certificate, or
- official high school transcript including graduation date or showing award of diploma, or
- official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended
High school students, (rising seniors) must also submit letters of recommendation from their guidance counselor and principal.
The application deadline is the Friday before the first week of classes for any semester.
