Mr. Brown called the meeting to order at 5 p.m.
Upon motion of Dr. Georgeson, seconded by Mr. Bernier, Council voted unanimously to convene an executive session under provisions of Section 105 of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law to discuss matters leading to the appointment of a particular person.
Council returned to public session.
Adjournment
Upon motion by Mr. Brenner, seconded by Ms. Parisian, Mr. Brown adjourned the meeting at 6:43 p.m.
