Upon motion of Mr. Bernier, seconded by Ms. Parisian, Council entered executive session by unanimous vote.
Upon motion by Mr. Bernier, seconded by Ms. Parisian, Council returned to open session by unanimous vote at 2:24 p.m.

Mr. Brown adjourned the meeting at 2:25 p.m.
