Call to Order
Mr. Brown called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.
Resolution to Name Science Building One in honor of Janet R. Perna
Mr. Brown read the following resolution:
In recognition of the generosity of Janet R. Perna, Class of 1970, to SUNY Oneonta and the State University College at Oneonta Foundation, the College Council hereby moves to name science building one, the “Janet R. Perna Science Building” and recommends to the SUNY Board of Trustees for approval the naming of this building as written above.
Upon motion of Mr. Bernier, seconded by Ms. Parisian, Council unanimously approved the resolution.

Upon motion of Dr. Brenner, Mr. Brown adjourned the meeting at 3:20 p.m.
