After Oneonta Survey
Through various surveys, the Office of Institutional Research collects data from graduating students and alumni to learn about what students’ futures hold, as well as inquire about their experiences at SUNY Oneonta. The surveys are collectively labeled “After Oneonta.” The first survey, or the Graduation Survey, is launched to senior students just prior to award dates (or commencements). A second survey, the Post-Graduation Survey, is distributed 6 months post-graduation. A third survey, the Alumni Survey, is distributed 1-year post-graduation and is also deployed again each subsequent year post-graduation.
Collaboration with professional offices and academic departments contributes to the development of questions included in the Post-Graduation Survey and the Alumni Survey that ultimately collects beneficial data for entities across campus to make improvements where necessary.
