Adding a Policy

If you have a Policy, Standard, Guideline, or Procedure that has already been approved by the President or Provost and you would like to include it in the Policy Library, send an email to with the following information:

    • Policy Name
    • Division
    • Department
    • Approved Date
    • Revised Date (if applicable)
    • Contact's Name (Person responsible for this policy)
    • Contact's Email

Effective October 2009, all official policies are required to adhere to the standard format.

This library consists of policies created or adopted by SUNY Oneonta. This collection is not inclusive of all college policies and is subject to change without notice. Federal, State, and SUNY specific policies are not included.
