Earn Your Bachelor’s in Psychology Online

Earn your Psychology B.S. online at SUNY Oneonta, with the same academic rigor as our on-campus program—on a schedule that works for you. Develop in-demand skills for careers in human services, healthcare, business and education, and gain a strong foundation for graduate study. Affordable SUNY tuition. Expert faculty. Real-world results.

Who Should Apply

The program is for students who are transferring to SUNY Oneonta with an associate’s degree.

Why Oneonta?

  •  Flexible Schedule: Classes will be offered in either 7.5- or 15-week increments and are asynchronous, with no "live" meeting times, so you can access readings and assignments on your own schedule and work at your own pace.
  •  Experiential Learning Emphasis – Each student will be offered the opportunity to be placed in a mentored, hands-on 15-week experience at a business or nonprofit organization. It can be in your hometown, or our faculty can help you identify sites in the regional community if you live in or near Oneonta. This hands-on learning will allow you to put your knowledge into practice and give you valuable experience to get a leg up in the job market after graduation.
  •  Individualized Attention – Every student will have an advisor to help you stay on track toward your degree, and there will be drop-in virtual “office hours” where you can meet one-on-one with a faculty member.
