SUNY Oneonta’s 492 full- and part-time faculty offer 70 programs leading to baccalaureate degrees for approximately 5,800 undergraduates and 14 programs leading to advanced degrees for about 255 graduate students.

The faculty is dedicated to excellence in teaching, learning and scholarship. Through sound academic advisement, support services, many forums for student-faculty interaction and research, and a variety of experiential learning opportunities, including internships and community service, the faculty and staff of the college work together to guide the growth of each student’s intellect and character.
