When are Buildings Open to the Public?
The Emergency Services Building Public Lobby is open at all times for access to University Police.
Campus building hours vary widely depending on their purpose and the time of year.
During the Fall and Spring Semesters, schedules are driven entirely by the operational needs of SUNY Oneonta - a function of the Academic Schedule and Student Life.
During breaks in the Academic Calendar and especially over the summer, hours are significantly restricted. Break Schedules will be posted to the Latest News box on Facilities' Main Page.
Buildings are sometimes open extended hours due to special events.
Some buildings are more public than others, of course. Any questions about Building Schedules or Access Rules can be forwarded to the Office of Facilities.

Emergency Information
During Normal Operation Hours
(Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
Please Call the Maintenance Operations Center office at 607-436-2507.
After Hours and Weekends
Call University Police at 607-436-3550 - they will relay the call to our onsite second/third shift staff.
In the event of emergency responses on campus that may affect normal operations (water main breaks, storm damage, power outages... things like that) we will prominently post information on our site and also distribute email notifications as necessary.
