Registering ahead of time ensures your family receives important event updates, access to featured activities, and a smooth check-in experience.

Forgot to register or bringing more guests than expected? No worries! We offer on-site registration during our designated check-in times, so you and your family can still participate and enjoy the weekend.

There is no general fee to attend Family Weekend, most events are free and open to registered families!

However, some activities may require a ticket or small fee, such as special meals, performances, or other listed events. All optional costs will be clearly listed during registration so you can plan ahead.

Our goal is to keep these weekends welcoming, affordable, and fun for all families!

All campus parking lots will be open to families during Family Weekend, no parking pass is required. Feel free to park in any available lot when you arrive. We’ll have signage and staff on hand to assist with directions if needed.

To make getting around easy and comfortable, we’ll have golf carts stationed at Hunt Union throughout the weekends. If you need a ride, simply ask one of our friendly volunteers or designated staff members, they’ll be happy to shuttle you to different locations on campus.

Families can enjoy dining at several campus locations, including Wilsbach Dining Hall, Mills Dining Hall, Starbucks, and our other campus cafes when they are open. Keep an eye on the event schedule for special meal events and dining promotions during the weekends!
