Paul Adamo '81
Vice President for College Advancement
Executive Director, College at Oneonta Foundation
Paul has been working at SUNY Oneonta since 1993. His work includes managing and leading the Division of College Advancement and assisting alumni and friends of the college in making a significant impact through their contributions. He also works closely with the College at Oneonta Foundation Board of Directors to raise and administer gifts and grants to enhance the academic status of the college through endowment, scholarships, and institutional programs. Paul typically travels to visit alumni in Manhattan, Southwest Florida, Washington, D.C. area, San Francisco, and Atlanta.
Associate Vice President for College Advancement
Ellen has been working at SUNY Oneonta since 1995. In her role as Associate Vice President for College Advancement, she provides leadership in all phases of Divisional strategic planning and preparation for future campaigns. She works to build relationships with alumni and donors in Northeastern and Central Florida, Western New York, and Arizona, and assists those that wish to make an impact through their contributions.
Assistant Director of the Fund for Oneonta
Ben has worked for the Division of College Advancement since August 2017. He is responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and training of student callers for the college's phone fundraising program (the Phonathon), as well as daily supervision of the Phonathon program during the academic year.
Secretary to the Vice President of College Advancement
Nancy provides administrative support, which includes preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, preparing materials for meetings with donors and volunteers, event planning, and managing and purchasing office supplies. This position also provides a great deal of administrative support for the College at Oneonta Foundation.

Ashley has been working in Development and Fundraising since 2018. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the college’s donor-centered stewardship and communication programs, including recognition publications and events.

Tim works to build relationships with alumni and donors, particularly in Manhattan, Albany and the Capital Region, New Jersey, Southern California, Lower Hudson-Catskills, Tennessee, and the Pacific Northwest. His wife, an elementary school teacher, is Class of 2001. Tim has been working at SUNY Oneonta since 2005.

Director of Gift Planning
Jill joined the SUNY Oneonta Development and Fundraising staff in August 2016. In her role as Director of Gift Planning, she works directly with donors wishing to make an impact through their estate. Jill also actively engages with alumni and other individuals, particularly in Southeast Florida, Texas, the Carolinas, and on Long Island, NY, to advance SUNY Oneonta's mission and strategic plan through significant gifts to the College at Oneonta Foundation in support of students, faculty, staff and institutional programs.
Associate Director of Donor Relations
Karen joined the College Advancement team in 2009. She works closely with the College Foundation’s scholarship donors and scholarship recipients. Karen plays a key role in planning and implementing donor programs, events and activities; always illustrating the impact that giving has on SUNY Oneonta and its students.
Director of the Fund for Oneonta
Kim joined the Division of College Advancement in September 2012 and provides strategic direction for the college's annual giving program. She is responsible for securing support for the Fund for Oneonta from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends of the college through mail, phone, and electronic appeals.

Audrey joined the Advancement Team in June 2014 and is responsible for spearheading efforts to secure and manage foundation and corporate support aligned with College-wide institutional priorities, academic activities, programs, and initiatives. She also administers select programs funded by the College Foundation.

Michael began working at SUNY Oneonta in 2019. As the database manager, Michael oversees the daily maintenance and operation of the Advancement database, which maintains alumni and donor information. Additionally, he is responsible for technology management, user training and support, and data queries.

Abigail joined the Division in July 2019. Her role is to facilitate the transition of current students to engaged alumni through programs and traditions designed to foster the next generation of alumni volunteers and donors.She works closely with the Alumni Association Board of Directors to connect, engage, support and celebrate graduates of SUNY Oneonta.

Coordinator of Donor Communications
Alexis joined the Division in December 2018. Her responsibilities include implementing a segmented donor stewardship and communications program including the writing and overall project management of multiple electronic and print publications. She works with students in collecting scholarship thank you letters and with developing a library of student and faculty stories that demonstrate the impact of charitable giving at SUNY Oneonta.
