GDO ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS
2021/22 FACULTY/PROFESSIONAL STAFF RESEARCH and CREATIVE ACTIVITY GRANT PROGRAM (guidelines and application available here)
This competitive program is designed to supplement support to faculty in all disciplines to begin or maintain a research agenda or to conduct creative activities. For the 2021/22 fall application round, applicants can request up to $2,000 for the funding period through June 30, 2022. Funds awarded through this program may be used to cover costs associated with the proposed research or creative activity, such as necessary supplies, student assistants, etc. Priority in funding decisions will be given to junior faculty, applicants who have not received previous awards, interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary projects, and projects that have the potential to result in a competitive proposal for external funding.
