University Council on Diversity Sponsored Affinity Groups

In Spring 2023, the University Council on Diversity began sponsoring new affinity spaces for campus community members to connect, support, and empower peers that share in their lived experiences and identities.

These are open to all members of the SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College campus communities. Various events will be hosted throughout the semester, so keep a look out on Campus Connection for details.

QT: Queer/Trans Affinity Group

Vision: Our affinity space will strive to create LGBTQIA+ networking spaces and events for students, faculty, and staff, create a mentorship program for LGBTQIA+ faculty, and staff, & support programming and academic work around LGBTQIA+ issues, community, and scholarship.
