The Activities Council is comprised of 4 officers and 6 chairs and work to provide large-scale programming to SUNY Oneonta students in the following areas: Comedy, Concerts, Films, Multicultural Lectures, Performing Arts, & Special Events.

The Dragon’s Lair is a free gaming service for SUNY Oneonta students. Students can gather in one, large, positive space; away from their private rooms and suites. This is a place that is open for anyone to hang out, relax, play games, and build relationships.

GSRC

The Gender and Sexuality Resource Center (GSRC) is here to provide resources, education, support and advocacy for gender and sexuality equity and inclusion for SUNY Oneonta students and employees and therefore the greater Oneonta community.

Student Association

The Student Association is comprised of 25 Senators and 10 Executive Council Members and serve as the liaison between administration, faculty, and students. We sit on external committees where we voice student input on the decisions that affect all of campus.

Greek Life

Whether you are a student, parent, or if you are already a member of a Greek organization here on campus, there is something for you! All recognized Greek Letter Organizations are required by SUNY Oneonta to abide by the Code of Rights and Responsibilities for Greek Social Letter Organizations.

Dragon Express

Dragon Express in the Hunt Union receives all accountable USPS mail, UPS, Fed Ex and DHL for students. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to utilize Dragon Express Services for both personal businesses and for their departments. Take advantage of our low shipping rates!

Extended and Community Learning Center (ExCL Center)

You can take classes on campus during the fall and spring semesters. During the summer and winter sessions, a variety of classes are available online.

The State Times

The State Times has office hours five days a week and material is always accepted. Our weekly story meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on Mondays in the State Times office, room 5B, in the basement of Hunt Union. If you’re interested in joining the State Times, stop by the office or send us an email.

Our programs work towards the purpose of developing students physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally by leading guided trips, advising the Outdoor Club, offering gear rental, teaching outdoor skills, and providing resources to the students and staff of SUNY Oneonta.
