The Gender and Sexuality Resource Center is maintained by a staff of dedicated, trained, and passionate members of the SUNY Oneonta community. We are also supported by offices and departments across campus in our events and campus-wide initiatives.

Emily (She/Her/Hers)

Emily, Assistant Director for Student Life and Leadership/GSRC

Degrees: Masters in Social Work, Bachelors in Sociology with Minor in Psychology

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

Funfact/Bio: I've always had a deep passion for helping college students have a welcoming and memorable educational experience. My experience is predominantly in gender studies, advocacy, student life, wellness initiatives, and intersectionality. I'm a huge nerd with a love for video games and anime, I love pugs, and can chat for days about horror films. I'm usually in my office (220E in Hunt Union) if I am not in the GSRC.


Liberty, GSRC Student Coordinator

Funfact/Bio: Hi everyone! My name is Liberty and I’m from Albany, NY. This is my second year working for the GSRC and I look forward to all of the events and activities that we will plan this semester! I love music—whether it’s creating music or just listening and I enjoy helping people in whatever ways I can.

Anthony, GSRC Student Coordinator

Funfact/Bio: I am a highly motivated aspiring social media manager with a focus on LGBTQ+ art and music and am a firm believer in the power of media and technology as a means to spread and celebrate LGBTQ+ culture throughout our global community. My goal in life is to be able to aid in creating the largest possible platforms for voices within the LGBTQ+ community in order for us to be heard clearly, understood fully, and celebrated unapologetically.


Michael, GSRC Student Coordinator

Funfact/Bio: Hi! My name is Michael and I'm from Forestburgh, NY. I'm passionate about dismantling systemic forms of oppression, compasssionate communication, and skincare :). In my free time, I like to thrift, look for planets in the night sky, and do photoshoots.

Funfact/Bio: Hi my name is Eric. I use he/him/his pronouns. I major in music industry and minor in audio production. I am a Junior at SUCO. During my free time I like to listen to classic rock music or practice guitar.

Funfact/Bio: I was born and raised in Binghamton, NY. Being a nerd and child at heart means that many things amuse me. Also, I love creating graphic designs that help others out, spread information, and impact people in beneficial ways. When I’m not working, I love watching anime, YouTube, or Netflix.
