CSRC - Forms & Timesheets

Together We Can Make A Difference!

1. Submit your service hours using the CSRC's new Online Timesheet!

OR

come into our office located at 127 Hunt Union for a paper timesheet!

2. A detailed description of your community service experience must be provided including where it took place, the name of organization, start/end time, what tasks you did; is it an internship? Volunteer service? Club related? Etc.

3. If the event lasted over the course of a few days, be sure to include those dates in the description box (EX: 06/12/23-06/15/23) (Failure to write accurate and adequate information will result in denied hours)

4. Fill out the form and be sure to include the site supervisor’s name or else it will not be accepted for our service records.

5. To submit the paper timesheet you must email a copy to the csrc@oneonta.edu or drop it off in the CSRC office located in 127 Hunt Union. If you prefer to use the Online Timesheet, simply click the submit button on the bottom of the timesheet!

6. Finally, complete the short volunteer survey that can be accessed under forms and timesheets so we can continue to improve our outreach within the community
